Cities: Skylines II
Cities: Skylines II is the second installment of the economic strategy series of the type
city builder. The work of the Colossal Order studio focuses on building and
city management, and our tasks include creating neighborhoods,
laying out roads or setting taxes. Cities: Skylines II is an economic strategy in which our task is to create a perfectly functioning city.
Mechanics
Cities: Skylines II allows you to plan and create your own city with all the benefits and challenges that come with this mission. We start the game with a small patch of land, which will rapidly grow with the districts we create. We will erect skyscrapers for the financiers, we will also create residential districts and factories to support local industry. We will set up hospitals, police stations and fire stations in them to make the metropolitan population feel safe. A larger population is not only something to be proud of, but also a necessity to meet their needs - including, among others, access to water, electricity, entertainment, etc.
With an improved road system, we will instantly create a grid system, which we will then expand with intersections, traffic circles, wide sidewalks, noise barriers or separate lanes for public transportation. We will then build pedestrian areas and parking lots to make it easier for citizens to visit the center (they will be an alternative to putting cars along the streets), and create pedestrian bridges so as not to disrupt traffic on the most frequented routes.
