The twelfth main part of the best-selling fighting game series, famous for its brutality. Mortal
Kombat 1 is the work of the American team NetherRealm Studios, and the
release of this production was handled by Warner Bros., the company
responsible for the brand. Interactive Entertainment. Mortal
Kombat 1 is a new installment of the best-selling series of brutal
fighting games, which dates back to 1992. The series was started by the
American studio Midway Games (since 2009 NetherRealm), which also has
other projects in its portfolio, such as Injustice. The company still
manages Mortal Kombat to this day, and the title described here is
already its twelfth main installment.
Storyline
The story of Mortal Kombat 1 is set in its reborn universe, created by the Fire God Liu Kang. The warriors we know are entering a new era. It's up to them whether they will join forces or engage in mutual competition. However, even in this reality, one thing remains certain. There will always be something worth fighting for.
Mechanics
The Mortal Kombat series is based on duels taking place in various arenas. Each character has its own unique fighting style and a series of combos that help you gain an advantage over your opponent. The twelfth installment of the series offers us a new combat system and fatality moves.
This
part features well-known warriors, but in order to distinguish the game
from previous productions, the creators decided to introduce some
changes to their designs. Although
in this title we can again play as characters such as Liu Kang,
Sub-Zero, Mileena or Scorpion, these heroes have been created anew and
differ from their counterparts from previous installments.
