The Crew Motorfest
The Crew Motorfest is a spin-off from the series of sandbox racing games called The Crew, set in Hawaii, developed by Ubisoft. This time, the creators challenged the Forza Horizon series, putting more emphasis on driving sports and off-road cars. The
Crew Motorfest is the unofficial third installment of The Crew - a
series of open-world racing games created by Ubisoft and its Ivory Tower
studio (founded by former employees of the Eden Games team, known
primarily for creating Test Drive Unlimited).
Storyline
Unlike
the previous two games, which included the reconstruction of almost the
entire "continental" territory of the United States, The Crew Motorfest
was set on the Hawaiian island of Oahu (known to car enthusiasts from
Test Drive Unlimited). The
developers recreated it to scale, i.e. somewhat reduced, but retaining
the most important attractions, such as the city of Honolulu or volcanic
mountain ranges. The core of the game is the titular motoring festival. As part of it, we take part in various competitions and thematic events - especially races - using hundreds of machines.
